The single heater will form plastic up to 3/16" thick. Sizes start at 4' x 4' and go to 10' x 20', all voltages available in this all electric former.
Our single heater features tube support for the molds with our patented tube table. The tube table lets you form without a vacuum box under your mold, saving vacuum for your part. The mold sets on top of the index pins so that it is in the right place every time you set up.
The clamping frame is completely adjustable down to smaller sizes. Clamping frames are air powered or manual.
Electric heaters are arranged in zones with a controller for each zone. All movements are the smooth starting power of hydraulics.

operator's convenience, all of the functions are loaded
on a push button control arm. Our unistrut rails are
built in for simple mounting of molds which move easily
in and out with a forklift. Machines are built manually operated or fully automatic. Control arm on front of table includes all switches for operation convenience. Unistrut table construction for easy mounting of molds. Stroke of clamping frame adjustable by limit switches. Speeds of frame and table are variable. End panels and adjustable front and back curtains are standard. Heaters can be zoned to suit customer's requirements and are controlled by 15 second percentage timers. All pivots are ball bearing or bronze bushed.
